The wedding cake is safe for now.

Jason and his friends are learning patience. I agree with Jason, the best part of the wedding reception is the cake.

Jason stood drooling at the cake table. He was determined to stay out of trouble at the reception, but his mouth watered at the sight of the wedding cake. He shoved his hands in his pockets, shaking his head, he forced himself to turn away.
“Jason, I’m proud of you. You didn’t touch the cake,” Sonja smirked. Jason pulled out a chair at the table now occupied by the angels.
“The cake smells really good,” he muttered, sitting down abruptly.
“We were taking bets if you would stick your finger in the icing or not,” Kati added, her eyes sparkling with mischief. She had missed her Sanders Ranch friends.
“It was tempting,” Jason said, his usual grin on his face. He took a sip of tea looking around the table. Eric and Jonathan sat across from him with Lauren between them. Somehow, he had been seated next to Sonja with Kati on his other side. They were surrounded by the girls.

Easton Blossoms Adventure

The angels have been bugging me to get back to their story. I've had a slow start after the Holidays, but Jason, Eric and Jonathan are back to plotting, scheming and investigating. Shelley and Deputy Jerry's wedding day is here and our former angels Sonja and Kati are visiting.

An unusual adventure presents in Easton Blossoms, the fourth and final chapter of the Easton Series. Can Jason hold on to his rice??
